Welcome to The Scottish Gourmet, Scotland’s best kept secret!

The Scottish Gourmet is based in the little market town of Biggar, where the rivers Tweed and Clyde flow through Scotland’s beautiful Borders’ landscape.

The Scottish Gourmet was established over 25 years ago and has been supplying the very best of Scottish produce made to order, freshly cooked dishes from our Chef’s kitchen to discerning diners since 1977.

The Scottish Gourmet monthly menu contains fully traceable products and uses only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Dishes include the best Scotland can offer in terms of Aberdeen Angus beef, Scottish salmon, Highland venison and Scottish smokehouse specialties. Wherever possible artificial additives and preservatives are avoided and genetically modified ingredients are not used.
