All our parcels are despatched with Citylink for next-day delivery between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm.
If you will not be at home, please give another nearby address to which delivery can be made.
A telephone contact number for use by the delivery operator would be helpful.
In the event of a driver leaving a card while you are out, please telephone the number on the card – the same day if possible.
In the case of Gift Vouchers, these will be emailed to the recipient on the date of purchase at no charge.

For only a small surcharge a Premium Service is available which guarantees specific morning or afternoon delivery. A few rural areas are excluded from this service, due to their challenging geographical location, and if applicable, Customer Services will contact you if this is applicable to your order.
