Cancellations

As your order is made especially for you, you will appreciate that the food and effort is wasted if your order is subsequently cancelled.

In the event that you must cancel you order, then we are obliged to levy a cancellation charge which is normally 50% of the cost of your food order. This will apply to any order cancelled after the closing date.

Extreme circumstances will be charged at our discretion.
