Delivery Times & Charges

All our parcels are despatched with APC for next-day delivery between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm. If you will not be at home, please give another nearby address to which delivery can be made. A telephone contact number for use by the delivery operator would be helpful. In the event of a driver leaving a card while you are out, please telephone the number on the card the same day if possible. In the case of Gift Vouchers, these will be emailed to the recipient on the date of purchase at no charge.

For only a small surcharge a Premium Service is available which guarantees specific morning delivery. A few rural areas are excluded from this service, due to their challenging geographical location, and if applicable, Customer Services will contact you if this is applicable to your order.

Delivery to Highlands/Islands, N. Ireland & Isle of Man

For certain rural areas on the UK mainland and ALL offshore destinations parcels will arrive within 48 hours of despatch. Due to delivery constraints, the standard charge for P&P to Scottish Islands, N.Ireland & The Isle of Man is £10. Orders over £120 are delivered FREE.

Each month there are 4 weekly delivery dates to choose from and you can specify if you prefer morning pre 12 noon delivery for a small surcharge. Your freshly prepared chilled order will be hand packed and despatched to arrive with you usually within 24 hours of leaving our kitchen. As you will see orders received during the available yellow period will arrive with the customer on their chosen Thursday see green arrival dates on chart.
